Our December special is an unusual combination of Czech tradition, which associates Christmas with fish dishes, and Japanese tradition, which incorporates fish elements into most types of ramen. But don't expect some carp soup with noodles, our Christmas shio is made of a pure fish broth with vegetables, which is supported by a salmon gravlax, a dose of katsuobushi and an aromatic oil, which also brings into play the traditional dried sardines and mackerel. The light but distinctive ramen will warm you up and give you an interesting alternative to the traditional fried carp.
