Japanese curry ramen
The popular curry has a long tradition in Japan, but it got there by a strange detour.Not from Thailand, Malaysia or directly from India. The English brought their European version of Indian curry to the land of the rising sun, and this version gradually gained great popularity. Therefore, it is not surprising that you can also find ramen here flavored with this spice mixture. For our speciality, we cook a strong curry base ourselves from selected spices and vegetables. This is then mixed with chicken broth, the soup is complemented by elastic thin noodles, fragrant chicken roulade and marinated eggs.
