TORI PAITAN RAMEN
Probably everyone who has ever eaten ramen will know the popular tonkotsu, a creamy broth made from pork bones, which has gained cult popularity outside of Japan. Its close relative, tori paitan, comes from Osaka, but is not nearly as well known. However, it deserves the same fame, as it is actually a chicken version of tonkotsu! Its name is made up of the word tori, which means chicken, and paitan, which is a term denoting a creamy or emulsified type of broth. Ramencraft is the first ramen shop in Prague to include this popular type of ramen on its menu. Let yourself be tempted by the rich chicken flavor, which is imbued with the aroma of yuzu!
