The combination of ramen and coffee is truly unconventional, but that doesn't mean that something truly delicious can't come out of it! Ramencraft has therefore teamed up with the Prague pop-up Ra Ramen and also with the company Mamacoffee, which operates several popular cafes in Prague and also has its own roasting plant. The result is Cappuccino tonkotsu, which combines the best of both worlds. The coffee aroma obtained from Mamacoffee Nicaragua El Progreso arabica, which is purchased directly from farmers, permeates the creamy tonkotsu soup, specially prepared noodles and creamy coffee foam. Taste the popular tonkotsu in a variant that has not been here before!
